Product Manager Smart Metering
To ensure the development and implementation of our smart metering product portfolio and strategy you will be fully responsible of developing product roadmaps, preparing project/product proposals for Europe’s biggest smart metering market. You will play a vital role in the industry and standardization committees in Germany to shape and influence the smart metering agenda. Furthermore you will be responsible for:
- Accompanying R&D projects through the Product Lifecycle Management process
- Planning and executing market introduction together with sales organizations, technical pre sales and bid support teams as well our Marketing & Communication
- department
- Managing pricing and positioning of product portfolio
- Observing the market with a view to identifying customer requirements
Ideally you have several years experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment, preferably with focus on electrical design, communication technology or Software. You may have an engineering or management qualification or similar, alternatively you may have a marketing/business qualification plus practical experience as an IT or Solutions Architect within the utility and/or energy management industry.
You possess outstanding communication (in English and German) and project management skills, you approach your responsibilities in a proactive and positive manner and you are seeking an interesting and challenging position in an internationally oriented department of a globally operating Energy Management company.
