This software provides an end-to-end smart metering solution integrated with the SAP for Utilities business system. Zug, Switzerland, June 22, 2010 – Landis+Gyr announced today that it had completed the deployment of over 400,000 GridstreamTM enabled smart meters and the related AIM software to E.ON Elnät AB, one of the largest Swedish grid companies.

Million meter contract for electric, gas smart meters to save British Gas customers more than £200m by 2020

London, 29 March 2010 - Landis+Gyr, the world’s largest electricity metering and smart meter solutions company and a pioneer of worldwide smart grid realisation, today announced it has been selected by the UK’s largest energy supplier, British Gas (parent company Centrica (LSE:CNA)) to support the UK’s first commercial-scale smart meter deployment in an energy efficiency effort that could save consumers more than £200 million in energy bills.
