Our alliance with SAP

Landis+Gyr is the global strategic development and sales partner of SAP. We were the first smart metering vendor to sign a global software development cooperation agreement with SAP to build the smart Meter Data Unification and Synchronization (MDUS) system. As a result of this alliance, both companies have been able to deliver a new level of energy data transparency and availability to the utilities.

Landis+Gyr’s Gridstream MDUS seamlessly integrated with the SAP for Utilities® is an official SAP-qualified business solution (QBS), which provides an interoperable system platform for future smart grid applications. Utilities around the world have the opportunity to enjoy the key benefits derived from this collaboration, such as software quality assurance through a proven customer development cycle; synchronized release planning between Landis+Gyr’s MDUS and SAP Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Integration for Utilities software; and a 24x7 service and support.
