Fault Clearing Service

Spare Parts
Our products are well known to operate without problems for a lifetime. Despite of this excellent reputation it happens that the equipment might fall into trouble. Our insurance for your operation is our well dimensioned stock of spare parts, for all equipment delivered presently and in the past. We continuously keep all spare parts up to date. Since electronic components are usually only available for shorter period of time, we are prepared to develop or evaluate a replacement in order to guarantee proper compatibility with the old one.

Upgrade and Retrofit
Your installation is designed to last for up to 40 or even more years. However, some components will need a modernization or upgrade earlier. We have the Know How and the right products for any demand. A Load Management installation consists of mechanical, electric and electronic components. Whilst electric components - i.e. transformers, coils, condensers - usually have a very long life, electronic components - i.e. computers, electronic circuits - are designed to last only a few years. After a certain period of time particular electronic parts are no more in production or succeeded by a newer part. At Landis+Gyr we have a huge variety of possible solutions for upgrading or renewing your installation partly or completely. Together with you we check the situation and work out a detailed proposal, giving you all facts for your internal decision making process.
