Landis+Gyr EMEA introduces new company name EYKON
A new name for a business built on decades of experience, trusted customer relationships and a long-standing role in supporting critical infrastructure.
Cham, Switzerland, 25 June 2026 – Landis+Gyr EMEA today introduces EYKON as the new name for the next chapter of its standalone buisness.
The introduction of EYKON marks an important milestone in the evolution of a company built on a strong foundation of trusted customer relationships, extensive deployed infrastructure and many decades of experience supporting electricity, gas, water and thermal networks across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The name gives a distinct identity to a business customers rely on, while reflecting the confidence, expertise and responsibility that have shaped it over time.
“EYKON is a new name, but it is not a new starting point,” said Robert Evans, CEO. “It reflects a business built through the work of our teams, the trust of our customers and the experience we have developed across our markets. We are proud of the journey that has brought us here and confident in our ability to continue building and evolving the business under our new identity.”
At its core, EYKON reflects the role the company continues to play for customers as infrastructure systems become increasingly connected and complex. Bringing together intelligent endpoints, software, data and services, the business helps utilities and infrastructure operators navigate that complexity with greater clarity, confidence and control. It is a responsibility the company is proud to carry forward.
The new EYKON name and company’s future identity will be shared in the coming months. During this period, the business will continue to operate as Landis+Gyr EMEA.
