Project Quality Engineer (Quality team) (Finland)

We are recruiting for Project Quality Engineer to join our Quality team.

Our main purpose is to develop, maintain and improve business processes, policies and procedures. Sharing guidance and supporting teams to follow quality standards is our daily work. By participating in test plan and test result reviews you ensure that test plans are developed based on defined processes. You will closely work with Project Managers and project teams to identify, evaluate and mitigate project risks. In accordance with our project quality management process you will report and escalate quality issues. It’s important to look things from both customer and quality perspective to ensure actions are comprehensive enough. Every day quality mind-set, constructive and agile approach, with self-motivated team player attitude you successfully deliver in this job. Among these and some other responsibilities we want to make sure quality is noticed in every process phase.

It’s appreciated to have the ability to solve problems and deliver root cause analysis to implement preventative and corrective actions. Experience in delivering product quality and quality improvement activities is a plus. Know-how in design reliability of hardware, embedded firmware and/or system software (SW), and device development for industrial systems helps you to understand our business. As we work in an international environment, with people from different cultural background, fluent English language skill is important.
