Service Delivery Specialist (Finland)

We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our Service Delivery team.
Your key responsibilities will include 2nd level support and service delivery for our utility customers in EMEA region. You will work closely with 1st level customer support and with other internal stakeholders. Together with group of specialists you will provide high quality customer support for Landis+Gyr software and solutions.
As a person you are a team player with customer service-oriented mind. You already have hands-on experience on Windows Servers, Oracle products and/or understanding of information technology. Experience of software related services is a plus. As we work in a truly international environment and with customers from various countries it is important that you feel comfortable in communicating in English, both written and spoken. Swedish and/or German skills are an extra asset.
