Service Delivery Specialist / Senior Service Delivery Specialist (Service Delivery team) (Finland)

We have exiting opportunities for a Service Delivery Specialist in our smart metering systems Service Delivery team.

Your key responsibilities will include providing high quality 2nd level customer support and expert services to internal and external customers. You deliver root cause analysis and problem solving of found incidents. You also provide professional customer support in planning, execution and technical questions. You work closely with 1st level support, projecting, product management and R&D in customer support issues and as a contribution to solve incidents effectively and on timely manner.

We wish you to have at least three years of experience of working in IT systems maintenance or development. You are an expert with Oracle database administration, installations and troubleshooting. You have experience and understanding of software related services. You hold a BSc or MSc degree in information technology or equivalent. As we work in international environment, you communicate fluently in Finnish and English, Swedish and/or German skills are an extra asset.
