Software Designers / Senior Software Designers (Finland)
As a result of continued growth and expansion we are actively recruiting for Software Designers / Senior Software Designers to join our Global HES team, part of our world class R&D function.
Your key responsibilities will include Java development in our Global R&D SW module projects. You deliver input for technical concepts and actively contribute our process improvements. Also participation in maintenance actions of our existing products is part of your work. In your daily work you will closely interact with the colleagues in the global R&D.
We expect you to have SW engineering background (BSc or MSc education) or equivalent. Experience in modern version control systems, continuous delivery, unit testing, design patterns and agile development methods is valued. Solid understanding in Object oriented programming with Java is expected. Know-how of integration technologies, OSGi, database design, and/or user experience design is an advantage. Fluent English language skills and the ability to prepare proper technical documentation is needed.
You have built-in focus on quality and customer orientated attitude. Either a frontend or backend expertise, or even full stack know-how is an advantage. Test automation and user experience design may arouse interest. Our product focused teams and continuous delivery process supports the daily work.
