Solution Integration Testing Manager (Finland)
As a result of continued growth and expansion we are looking for a Solution Integration Testing Manager to join our Global SW Validation team.
Your key responsibilities will include being a Line Manager and a Validation Product Owner of a test team. You supervise daily work of the team and take care of the competence development as well as the long term targets. You are positively passionate about the solution quality, and committed to quality in everything you do. You process E2E testing requirements, construct a vision of the solution release and deploy it to the team. Important part of your role is to prioritize and maintain backlog with workload estimates. In your work you will closely interact with the colleagues in the global R&D.
We wish you to possess at least three years of experience working in leading role in System Testing, SW design, or other similar role which has involved translating customer requirements to technical tasks. You have the ability to work in cross-departmental environment in matrix organization. You also have strong experience working in multinational and multicultural environment which you enjoy. Sharing inspiration and motivation is your way of doing things and you are a team player with customer service oriented mind. You communicate fluently in English both spoken and written, and you are willing to travel. You hold BSc or MSc in SW engineering or equivalent.
