System Specialist (Customer Services team) (Finland)
We are looking for a System Specialist to work with our Nordic customers in Customer Services team.
Your key responsibilities will include providing high quality support and services to our external customers within Nordic area. You respond to customer requests via phone, e-mail and CRM system performing first analysis and problem solving. You coordinate found faults to further analysis in our organization, and report the progress and resolution back to the customer. You closely co-operate with our 2nd level technical support, customer projecting and sales function.
We wish you to have gained experience working in customer interface, executing customer support, service and/or project related tasks. You are familiar with IT platforms like Windows and Oracle, and with customer support tools like CRM. Know-how in servers, applications and RemoteConnection support this role. Understanding of metering devices and communication, with electrical or network engineering is a plus.
You are a team player with good cooperation skills and open-mind attitude. You have technical and active approach on things. You proactively solve issues enjoying to get things forward and in best case finding the solution. In everything you do, customer oriented attitude and strong commitment on quality is natural to you. You play well in a team, have courage to bring out your ideas and don’t afraid making decisions of your own. As we work in an international environment you communicate fluently in English both spoken and written. Swedish language skill is seen as a plus, other Nordic ones are a benefit.
