Technical Services Specialist (Finland)
We are looking for a Technical Services Specialist in our smart metering systems Service Delivery team.
Your key responsibilities will include providing device related high quality 2nd level customer support to internal and external customers. You deliver root cause analysis and problem solving of found incidents. Creating and modifying technical notes and guidelines is also part of your daily routines. You work closely with 1st level support, projecting, product management and R&D in customer support issues as a contribution to solve incidents effectively and on timely manner.
We wish you to have at least three years of experience of HW maintenance or equivalent support. You are familiar with smart metering devices and / or embedded software. You hold a BSc or MSc degree in information technology or equivalent. As we work in international environment, you communicate fluently in Finnish and English, Swedish and/or German skills are an extra asset.
