Teknisk kundsupport (Kundservice team) – System Specialist (Customer Services team) (Finland)
Dina huvudansvar är att ge support och service på hög kvalitetsnivå till våra kunder inom det nordiska området.
Your key responsibilities will include providing high quality support and services to our external customers within Nordic area. You respond to customer requests via phone, e-mail and CRM system performing first analysis and problem solving. You coordinate found faults to further analysis in our organization, and report the progress and resolution back to the customer. You closely co-operate with our 2nd level technical support, customer projecting and sales function.
We wish you to have gained experience working in customer support interface in technical and service related tasks. You are familiar with IT platforms like Windows and Oracle, and with customer support tools like CRM. Know-how in servers, applications and RemoteConnection support this role. Understanding of metering devices and communication, with electrical or network engineering is a plus.
You are a team player with good cooperation skills and open-mind attitude. You have technical and active approach on things. You proactively solve issues and take things forward. Customer oriented attitude and strong commitment on quality is natural to you. You play well in a team, have courage to bring out your own ideas and are not afraid making decisions. As our work in customer services team focus on Nordic area, you communicate fluently in Swedish both spoken and written. As we work in an international environment, with people from different cultural background, fluent English language skill is important. Good Finnish language skill is a plus.
