EYKON Appoints Alexander Henschel as Chief Executive Officer

Cham, 14 August 2026; EYKON AG, formerly the Landis+Gyr EMEA business, announced the appointment of Dr. Alexander Henschel as Chief Executive Officer. 

The appointment comes at an important moment in the company's evolution, as EYKON prepares to introduce its new brand and continue its development as an independent company. 

As Chief Transformation Officer, Alexander Henschel has been closely involved in EYKON's transition. He now takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer, assuming responsibility for leading EYKON through its next important phase of development. Alexander will continue in his role as Managing Director Strategy & Transformation at Aurelius, EYKON's shareholder, reflecting Aurelius' active commitment to EYKON and its long-term success. Prior to joining EYKON, he held senior leadership positions across technology-driven businesses, bringing extensive experience in transformation and operational development that complements EYKON's existing strengths.
