The L440 offers a modern alternative to ripple-control-based systems, using secure LTE connectivity to execute switching commands in real time. Built on LTE CAT M1 and NB1/NB2 communication, it enables energy providers to act with speed and precision without the need for costly infrastructure upgrades.  

Fully compatible with DLMS/COSEM protocols, it integrates into smart metering and head-end system environments, making it a strong fit for flexibility programs.
 

Each device features four independent 16A bi-stable relays, programmable through Time-of-Use calendars and supported by local automation logic. In the event of a network outage, the L440 continues operating autonomously based on predefined switching behavior triggered by TOU, voltage levels, astronomical clock and digital input.
